Tom Kane became President/CEO of the Illinois Credit Union System in 2015. After joining the Illinois Credit Union League and business subsidiary Envisant in 2003, Tom held key leadership roles including Chief Administrative Officer, Executive Vice President of Operations, and Chief Security Officer. Tom previously held management positions with Aon Corporation, Quaker Oats, Focal Communications, and the Central Intelligence Agency. Tom is a Director on the Board of the Credit Union National Association (CUNA), Credit Union Museum, Cambio Financial Health, and League InfoSight. He also serves on the FIS Credit Union Advisory Board. He earned a Master’s Degree in Government and International Studies from the University of Notre Dame and a BA from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa with a triple major in Business, Political Science, and History.

Libby Calderone is President/COO of Envisant. In her role, Libby is responsible for the growth and retention of Envisant’s business, as well as its future business strategy and enhancements, with the objective to help credit unions compete in a complex financial marketplace. Prior to joining the ICU System in 2018, she served as CEO/President of Earthmover Credit Union in Aurora, Illinois. Libby’s long-term industry experience, which began in 1987, has given her a great appreciation for the positive effect credit unions have, not only within the local communities they serve, but also the larger population. Libby's industry experience includes being a member of the Envisant Board of Directors, a chair of the Supervisory Committee of Alloya Corporate Federal Credit Union, and board chair for American Share Insurance. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois and holds a CCUIE designation from CUNA.

Karen Haas as EVP, Chief Financial Officer of the Illinois Credit Union System (ICUS), manages and directs the financial activities for all entities under the ICUS umbrella. Prior to joining the ICU System in 2012 as Vice President of Finance, Karen served as Vice President at Selden Fox, Ltd., CPAs for 23 years providing audit, tax and consulting services to the Illinois Credit Union System and Illinois Credit Unions. Karen has been a featured speaker at AACUL and a variety of association conferences, and is a member of AICPA, Illinois CPA Society, and the Institute of Internal Auditors. Karen earned her Bachelors in Accounting from Lewis University and received her Certified Public Accountant license from the State of Illinois.

Naomi Anderson is Vice President of Prepaid for Envisant. In her current role, her team manages the day-to-day program support, customer service functions and implementations as well as program growth and marketing for the prepaid programs. Naomi’s career spans over 30 years in the financial industry, working for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, Fiserv, and Travelers Express. Since joining Envisant, Naomi has held management roles in debit cards, credit cards, implementations, fraud and currently, the prepaid team. Naomi has her B. A.in Management from National Louis University, has earned her CUDE certification and certification from Northwestern University in Leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Jamie Conrad, SVP of Debit and Credit Cards, manages the partner processors for debit and credit cards and leads the partner management team to ensure financial success for both credit unions and Envisant. Jamie’s 23 career within the credit union industry began in 1994 at Alloya Corporate Federal Credit Union. Since joining Envisant in 1996, Jamie has held various key roles in sales, implementations, training, and billing. As a National Account Director, Jamie helped expand the Envisant footprint nationally and developed relationships with many state League partners, credit unions, and processors. These relationships have contributed to the success of Envisant being one of the premier Service Corporations in the country. Jamie received his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Loras College.

John B. Dolan is Vice President Financial Operations, managing and directing project activities for all entities of ICUS. Prior to joining Envisant in 2018, John served as an independent consultant to Envisant and other clients in the telecommunications space. Before John’s role as an independent consultant, he held various positions in manufacturing, retail, and telecommunications with Container Corporation of America, Montgomery Ward, Color Communications, Focal Communications, Broadwing Communications, and Level 3 Communications. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Northern Illinois University.

Kunal Keshav joined the Illinois Credit Union System in 1999 and is VP/Chief Technology Officer. He has over 18 years of diversified IT leadership, management and hands on experience in information technology and Cyber Security. Along with his team Kunal supports the organization by providing technology, Cyber Security, and processes necessary to enable ICUS to serve its Credit Union customers. Kunal has a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University.
