The Illinois Credit Union System (ICUS) consists of the Illinois Credit Union League (ICUL) and the ICUL Service Corporation (Envisant). While independent of each other, ICUL and Envisant work in collaboration under the umbrella of ICUS to support the success of credit unions in our shared mission of “people helping people.”

The Illinois Credit Union League is the primary trade association for state and federal credit unions in Illinois. Founded in 1930, we provide legislative and regulatory advocacy, compliance assistance and information, and a wide range of educational and training services to those credit unions.

Envisant has been helping credit unions compete and thrive since 1969. We accomplish this mission by working as an extension of each credit union’s team. Our dynamic suite of products includes credit, debit, and prepaid card programs. We also offer a wide-range of services including in-house customer service, portfolio development, ATM services, debt collection and marketing support.
